Probably no coincidence that the Blackhawks, Rangers, Penguins, Capitals and Kings all had new sweater designs in 2014 through outdoor game participation or, in the Penguins’ case, third jerseys, too.

Kane and Lundqvist moved up four spots each from 2013’s ranking.
